How to read your Vitamin D dashboard
Vitamin D Opportunity Score A 0–100 summary of environmental conditions using sun angle, forecast UV, and daylight. It is not a blood level or health score.
UVB Availability A qualitative estimate of whether the selected time may offer Vitamin D-producing UVB. It never estimates an IU amount.
Solar Elevation The sun’s angle above the horizon. A lower angle means sunlight travels through more atmosphere before reaching you.
Weather Influence Compares forecast UV with estimated clear-sky UV. Clouds can reduce UV, but cloudy conditions do not eliminate UV exposure.

Sun protection remains important. The World Health Organization recommends protective measures when the UV Index is 3 or higher.
